Appearance Standard

There is no unified international standard for the surface treatment of plastic mold cavity, and there is no relevant standard in my country. The standard for the selection of mold etching in the United States is the Mold-Tech standard, which is widely used in various countries in North America. -Tech has a factory in Dong'guan City, China, which is dedicated to serving Chinese customers. It can be used as a reference in mold design. Japanese customers choose Ni-hong standard for etching, the depth of Mold-Tech etching and the required de-moulding angle. The degree comparison table is shown in Table 1. The SPI polishing standard is shown in Table 2. The SPI polishing standard has gradually become an international common polishing standard.
