A3:Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.

A4:Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for machining parts making.

A5: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

A1 : Yes, we are a professional metal manufacturing factory with experienced engineering team, which can make customized products according to customer drawings.

A2 : Yes, we will not publish your design to a third party unless your permission is obtained. We can sign NDA before you send the drawings.

A3 : The company has independent production and large-scale production conditions, one-stop service,70 CNC machine tools,40 injection molding machines, and has its own mold workshop.

A4 : Sample color identification and dispensing ensure batch color consistency, strengthen manual inspection, avoid the defective products.

A5 : Strengthen the prevention and inspection in advance of the process of production and processing, set important processes as the key point of quality control, follow up the inspection and defense throughout the process.

A2: We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if getting detailed information during working days.

In order to quote for you earlier, please provide us the following information together with your inquiry:

1) 3D Step of Files and 2D Drawings,

2) Material requirement,

3) Surface treatment,

4) Quantity(per order/per month/annual),

5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery, etc.

A3: 1)Materials inspection by IQC,

      2) During processing, our IPQC will check each injection molded part,

      3)FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse,

      4) 100% inspected by oQC before shipping out.

A4: If you receive defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments, and solve the problems ASAP.

A5: 1) For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mould.finally pack into fumigation wooden case.

And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer's request to pack.
