Once the mold design is completely finished, the next step is mold manufacturing, our plastic mold making service allows you to achieve your specific requirements with precision and quality. We use only the finest materials and the latest technology to provide fast and accurate mold production services that meet your requirements.

As a professional plastic mold manufacturer in China. we offer two types of molds, export mold or none export mold ( we help clients to make their plastic parts).

 

For export plastic molds:

The mold standard we use HASCO, DEM, MISUMI, MEUSBURGE, PROGRESSIVE, etc. or according to customer requirement.

The hot runner systems for the molds we use YUDO, INCOE, SYNVENTIVE, HASCO, MOLD MASTER, HUSKY, etc, or use hot runner base on the customer special requirement.

The mold cavity steel we always use the high-quality steel, export molds steel we use 1.2738H, 1.2738HH, 1.2344, 1.2343, S136, NAK 80 or use steel according to the customer needs.

 

For none export injection molds:

If you need us to produce plastic parts or need assembly and other services, we have plastic injection machines to molding your parts efficiently and inexpensively.

Quality and service is a hallmark of our operation, special tight lead time (15 days) which is offered for some special case, with ISO-9001:2008 quality system in place to control the quality of the product.

 

Mass Production:

We have injection molding machines from 60 tons to 2000 tons to suit your different requirements, 3 sets of 2K injection molding machines which are for two-color plastic parts service. We can provide two/single color molding, multiple cavities molding, gas assist molding etc.

 

Assembly of plastic parts:

Our assembly services provide you with a complete solution for your product needs. Our team of skilled technicians can assemble your plastic parts with the highest level of precision and quality by 100% inspection before delivery.

 

Customized packaging and Delivery:

We'll packing plastic parts as our clients' requirement, and we also will advice package to ensure that your products are shipped safely and on time.
